Start with a draft. Make it fit.
The planned library includes 60 original draft policies and 60 matching forms for homecare in England. Your team will need to adapt, review and approve the wording for your service.
For independent homecare providers
Staff need the right guidance. Managers need to know what changed, who approved it and who still needs to read it. I’m building OneCare Policy to bring that work together.

The work behind the policy
A current policy should be easy to find, clear enough to follow and tied to how your service actually works. When versions, review dates and acknowledgements sit in separate places, managers spend time chasing the detail.
I’m bringing drafting, review, approval and staff acknowledgements into one workflow. Your authorised reviewers decide what is suitable and when a policy is ready to use.
Development preview
These are real development screens with fictional documents and people. They show work in progress; the product is not available for general use yet.
This preview brings policies, forms, document owners and review dates into one view. Drafts and published versions are kept distinct, so the approved wording is clear.

Planned capabilities
These capabilities are in development. Your team remains responsible for reviewing and approving the wording for your service.
The planned library includes 60 original draft policies and 60 matching forms for homecare in England. Your team will need to adapt, review and approve the wording for your service.
The preview includes authorised uploads, editable Word imports, PDF references and writing from scratch. The aim is to work from material your organisation already has permission to use.
Track earlier wording, named decisions and review dates. I’m building the workflow so a new draft can be reviewed while the approved copy remains available to staff.
Optional assistance is intended to explain changes and suggest draft wording. Your team will check each suggestion and decide what to use. Live AI assistance is not available yet.
Clear responsibilities
Clear responsibilities matter as much as the software. Your authorised reviewers will still decide whether a policy reflects your service, and your managers will still need to support staff in using it.
OneCare Policy is a separate product I’m developing alongside my consultancy. If your documents or review process need attention now, I can help through OneCare Digital. Product onboarding and support arrangements will be set out separately at launch.

Independent homecare owners and registered managers. The original draft templates focus on homecare in England; your team will need to adapt them to your service and review them before use.
I’m building options for authorised uploads and writing from scratch, alongside the original draft templates. You’ll need permission to use any documents you bring into the platform.
Your provider’s authorised manager or adviser will review and approve the wording. You retain responsibility for your policies and service. Software and AI suggestions do not provide regulatory approval.
