CQC-related work covers England; we agree the relevant requirements and expertise for work elsewhere in the UK. The provider and Registered Manager retain their responsibilities.

No. I can support the processes, evidence organisation and action planning within the agreed scope. The regulator makes its own decisions, and the provider retains responsibility for its service.

Can you help a new provider prepare?

I can discuss your stage of development with you, including the work already completed and the support you need. I scope readiness work around the provider and involve specialist input when the task requires it.
