Who is responsible
OneCare Digital, is responsible for the personal information handled through this website. Contact enquiries@onecaredigital.co.uk with a privacy question or request.

Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, organisation, email address, the business issue and your area of interest. You can add an optional phone number. If you request a call, you can also suggest your availability. I use this information to confirm receipt, respond, discuss your requirements and prepare a scope when appropriate. The confirmation email does not repeat the business issue you describe.
Please leave out care records, candidate details and other sensitive personal information. If an engagement needs additional information, we will agree an appropriate sharing process and data arrangements.
Why I use it
I handle business enquiries on the basis of my legitimate interest in responding to people who ask about the consultancy. Where you ask me to take steps towards a contract with you, I also use information needed for those steps. I do not use an enquiry as consent to send marketing emails.
Website operation and security
The hosting infrastructure processes technical information, such as IP addresses, request times and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. The enquiry system records a request identifier, delivery outcome and email-provider message identifier. Application logs do not include the text of your enquiry.
If the application rate limiter is enabled, it uses a keyed hash of an IP address to limit repeated attempts. It does not store the enquiry text. Security processing supports my legitimate interest in maintaining a usable website and preventing abuse.
Optional website analytics
With your consent, I use Google Analytics to understand page visits and how people use this website. Google processes online identifiers, device and browser information, and website activity. The Google tag loads on your first visit, but analytics measurement starts only after you accept analytics cookies. Advertising features are disabled. I do not add the contents of your enquiry to analytics events.
You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer. This stops future measurement in this browser; it does not remove data already collected. Read the cookie information and Google’s privacy policy for more information about this processing.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website. Faivelo processes outgoing enquiry emails, and the receiving email service stores the message. If enabled for abuse prevention, Upstash processes the rate-limit identifier and counters. These services act under their applicable data-processing arrangements. Google provides the optional analytics service when you accept it.
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Before enabling a service, I review its processing locations and the relevant transfer arrangements, including adequacy decisions or appropriate contractual safeguards where needed. You can ask for information about the arrangements that apply to your enquiry.
How long I keep information
I normally remove an enquiry that does not lead to work within 3 months after the last meaningful contact, unless there is a reason to retain it for an active discussion or legal obligation. If you become a client, I explain the retention arrangements for the engagement separately. Contract and financial records may need a different retention period.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access to your personal information, corrections, deletion or restrictions on its use. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Other rights, including data portability, depend on the circumstances. I will explain how they apply when you contact me.
Email enquiries@onecaredigital.co.uk to make a request or raise a concern. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. The ICO provides information about your data-protection rights.
