Agreed in writing before work starts

I’ll email the deliverables, responsibilities, timetable and price for you to agree. The work needs to fit your priorities and the time your team can give it.

Bespoke design and development, and third-party software implementation, are quoted against a separate agreed scope. The systems review starting price covers the workflow review, requirements and plan; development and implementation are not included in that price.

Preparation and follow-up sit within the stated day and half-day hours. I quote software subscriptions, specialist input and travel before work begins. We agree any scope changes before I carry out additional work.

I’ll read your enquiry and reply by email to agree the next step. For a call, I’ll confirm a time with you. For paid work, I’ll confirm the scope, price and arrangements before you commit; sending the form does not reserve an appointment or take payment.

What happens if the work needs a larger scope?

I explain the additional work, cost and timetable and confirm any agreed change by email before proceeding. We can also stop at the original deliverables.

Can I start with a single day?

Yes. We agree activities suited to seven working hours, including the preparation and follow-up. For a task that needs investigation, a focused review may be more useful.
