About

Built on running a provider.

Good care takes compassion, attention to detail and a business that can sustain both. I’m Adam Godsall. I work directly with independent homecare providers on the operations, systems and staff support behind that standard.

Why OneCare

Care is personal. The detail matters.

At Hygea, consistent teams, support for staff and managers who acted on concerns were part of everyday care. CQC’s January 2023 report recognised those practices. They inform how I approach handovers, staff development, systems and governance with providers today.

A care business needs viable care packages, realistic workloads and money to develop its people. I consider staffing, pricing and capacity alongside the care your team delivers.

An enquiry needs a prompt response. A handover needs clear information. I look at what is happening with your team, explain what needs attention and help put the agreed changes into use. That can mean a clearer routine, better use of your software or a bespoke tool built around the work.

Working standards

What that means in practice.

These standards guide the advice I give, the systems I build and the work I agree with you.

Respond. Follow through.

An enquiry, a staff concern or an overdue action needs a named owner and a next step. I build that responsibility into the process, so people know who is doing what.

Respect the people doing the work.

Staff need time, clear guidance and support to do care well. I involve them in changes, listen to the awkward parts and test workflows against the reality of a shift.

Get the detail right.

A missed handover or an outdated instruction matters. I look at how information moves, where checks happen and whether the records reflect what staff actually do.

Make good care sustainable.

Growth needs staffing, capacity and sound cost decisions behind it. I weigh the workload and ongoing cost of a change alongside the benefit, including who will maintain it.

A product I’m building

OneCare Policy

I’m building OneCare Policy to bring approved guidance, review decisions and staff acknowledgements together. It is still in development; the preview shows the workflow taking shape.

Working together

A direct relationship, with an agreed scope.

  • A clear explanation of the work, price and deliverables before you commit.
  • Your staff involved in decisions, testing and the guidance they will use.
  • Advice, bespoke digital tools or third-party software implementation, with testing, staff guidance and handover agreed in the scope.
  • Remote-first delivery for independent homecare providers across the UK, with on-site work by agreement.
