BOOK A CALL

Software implementation

Put your software into everyday use.

A software purchase still needs a workable setup and people who know how to use it. I help you define requirements, configure the agreed platform, test the workflow and introduce it with practical staff guidance and a clear handover.

The starting point

Where is the work getting stuck?

I start with the task, the people doing it and the tools you already use. These are some of the situations I can explore with you.

  • You have chosen software but need help introducing it.
  • Staff work around an existing platform or use it inconsistently.
  • A branch or franchise rollout needs configuration and practical guidance.

Agreed scope

Define what your team will receive.

An agreed platform and operational workflow, with configuration, testing, rollout and staff support defined in writing.

I confirm the deliverables, responsibilities, timetable and cost in a written quote before work begins. If discovery is needed first, I agree its scope and cost with you separately.

  • Operational requirements and a configuration or rollout plan.
  • The agreed platform setup, with access and responsibilities documented.
  • Workflow testing with staff before the agreed rollout.
  • Live walkthroughs, written guidance and a handover to your internal owner.

Project examples

What this can look like in practice.

These are illustrative examples of work I can scope with you. The requirements, supplier access and time your team can give the project determine what is practical.

  • Configure recruitment stages, responsibilities and staff access in an applicant tracking system.
  • Set up an enquiry workflow and follow-up steps in your CRM.
  • Introduce a document system with owners, review dates and approval steps.
  • Plan a branch rollout with demonstrations, written guidance and feedback checkpoints.

How I work

From the current workflow to a supported handover.

I review the work with you as it progresses, test the agreed requirements and make the next responsibilities clear.

  1. Agree the requirements

Review the workflow, the chosen platform and supplier responsibilities with the people involved.

  2. Configure and test

Set up the agreed process and check it with staff, including permissions and handovers.

  3. Support the rollout

Introduce the workflow, prepare guidance and hand over to a named owner, with support agreed in advance.

Responsibilities

Make ownership clear from the start.

Your organisation retains its software contracts, access decisions and responsibility for its data. Supplier involvement, data migration and integrations are included only when explicitly scoped. The quote identifies software costs, training, testing, handover and any optional support period. Implementation does not provide regulatory approval or replace provider responsibilities.

How project costs and ongoing support are agreed
  • I document the included work, acceptance criteria, testing and handover before delivery.
  • You nominate someone who can agree requirements, arrange staff input and accept the completed work.
  • Your team provides the agreed access, supplier contacts and time for testing.
  • You approve data access and changes to your live processes, and retain responsibility for care and operational decisions.
  • We agree who runs the system after handover, including hosting, maintenance and any optional support period.

Practical answers

A few practical questions

Can you improve the software we already have?

Yes. I start with the process, existing configuration and the difficulties staff report. I agree any changes with you and check what your supplier supports.

Can this include several branches?

Yes. I can agree a pilot workflow and wider rollout with you, including common requirements, branch differences, testing and staff support. The quote defines the sites and work included.

Will you help after the handover?

Optional maintenance, follow-up sessions and improvements can be quoted separately. The scope identifies your internal owner, supplier responsibilities and any support I will provide.

Other ways I can help with your systems.

I agree the deliverables, responsibilities and cost in a written quote before work starts. A project can draw on more than one service.
